These terms cover your use of brixx.dev — the website, not any specific project we build for you. Actual client engagements (scope, price, deliverables, IP transfer) are governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

Using this site

This site is provided for informational purposes — to describe what we do and let you get in touch. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer or a contract. A project only begins once we've agreed on scope and price in writing, separately from anything published here.

The tools on this site

The AI Readiness Check and ROI Calculator are free, self-contained tools meant to give you a rough, honest estimate based on numbers you provide. They're not professional advice, and results aren't a substitute for an actual scoping conversation.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Brixx.dev unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution. Reproducing it wholesale elsewhere isn't.

No warranty

This site and the free tools on it are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We try to keep everything accurate and working, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brixx.dev isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this website or its free tools. This doesn't affect the terms of any separate signed client agreement, which governs project work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
